"We have been with State Farm a long time.never really had to use it until this year, cars and huge fire, I mean they had to gut the place. The first surprise was when our agent told us they don’t take care of us we need to talk to an adjuster ok no problem. The second was they didn’t send an inspector out for 2 weeks. The third was the adjuster himself and how he spoke down to me and behaved as if I didn’t know what I was talking about or deserved attention. We had to ask for another adjuster which was taken care of.
Well let’s just make a long story short in the end both my car insurance and homeowners insurance went up the car I could handle, but my homeowners went up 4,000 dollars a year that disgusting amount wasn’t because of the fire I’m told , yeah right! When I just went out and got insurance 4,000 dollar cheaper. So beware of turning in claims it might turn around and kick u in the back."
